Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to the evolution of our project management and estimating processes. Collaborate and build strong, positive relationships with clients and your team. Be quick to identify and resolve conflicts ensuring minimal impact to project schedule and customer relations. Lead in conjunction with manager, shop foreman, a projects material and labor costs for efficiency and optimal customer satisfaction. Review and comment on internal shop drawings. Prepare documents. Skills, Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience in project planning management and estimating in the steel industry. Or 5 years of experience working in one of the following trades: welder, fabricator, iron worker, millwright, pipe fitter. Excellent communication and leadership skill- LocationHepburn, SK
