*Richmond Custom Homes* is a reputable custom home builder with multiple residential projects throughout the Okanagan. We are currently seeking a Carpenter to join our team. - Concrete slab prep and forming - Perform general labour on-site as needed - Move tools, equipment to and from work areas - Load and unload construction materials and move materials to work areas - Ensure work site is kept clean and orderly - Misc. carpenter work like back framing, sheeting walls, install backing etc. - Remove, fill and compact earth - Assist craft workers and other skilled labour when necessary *Requirements:* - General knowledge and ability to use power tools - Be able to physically be able to lift heavy loads repeatedly - Ability to follow direction with limited supervision - Strong work ethic - Good Communication skills - Have own transportation to site - Previous experience in the construction industry *\*\*\*Must be local to the Okanagan - Vernon, Lake Country or Kelowna areas\*\*\** Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $25.00 per hour Schedule: * 8 hour shift Work Location: In person- LocationKelowna, BC
