Our family oriented dental office is looking for a motivated, kind and skilled dental hygienist to join our growing team. Our office is supplied with gowns, n95 masks, face shields and has uniform allowances for our team, not to mention office birthday celebrations. * We have the most kind and talented dental team * Safety of our team and patients is our highest priority * Warm office setting Monday: 8:30am-6:30pm Tuesday: 8am-5pm Wednesday: 8:00am-6:00pm Thursday: 8am-5pm Friday: 8:00am-1:00pm *Responsibilities:* * Appropriately assess, plan, implement and evaluate services for patient care * Perform all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene services including scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride, pit and fissure sealants and whitening to patients * Serve as an oral health educator by introducing new preventative techniques and counselling * Provide a consistent patient experience during each hygiene visit * Establish strong patient relationships while maintaining ethical and professional behaviour * Establish and retain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on the patients' expectations * Demonstrate active listening and empathy to patients using effective communication skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $45.00-$50.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental care Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Ability to commute/relocate: * GUELPH, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Licence/Certification: * Dental Hygienist License (required) Work Location: In person- LocationGuelph, ON
