Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: Outdoors. At heights. Work setting: Urban area. Tasks: Load, unload and transport construction materials. Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades. Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt. Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs. Clean and pile salvaged materials. Assist skilled tradespersons. Equipment and machinery experience: Circular saws. Jackhammers. Chain saw. Sledgehammer. Construction specialization: Residential. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Handling heavy loads. Attention to detail. Own tools/equipment: Tools. Steel-toed safety boots. Hard hat. Screening questions: Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?. Are you willing to relocate for this position?.
