*PATODIA EYE INSTITUTE * *Job Posting: Optometrist* _We are looking for an Optometrist to join us at Patodia Eye Institute in __*Sarnia,*__*Ontario*_ _to provide the highest standard of eye services for our patients. Someone who is passionate about delivering the best health care and achieving the optimal outcomes for patients_ _Looking for long term associate for well-established ophthalmology office in Sarnia Ontario Canada. Comprehensive practice deals with all ophthalmologic pathology. Very active Dry Eye clinic, Lasik and Laser Cataract Surgery provided at onsite ASC. _ _Associate in conjunction with ophthalmologist will manage all patients with anterior segment and posterior segment pathology. Most patients will have initial work up by ophthalmic technicians. __*Little to no routine eye exams. No dispensary onsite. *__Successful candidate must have Ontario license and OHIP billing number._ _Full time hours with annual income of 175,000\\year_ Responsibilities: - Diagnose and treat visual problems such as nearsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism. - Monitor and manage ocular diseases such as glaucoma, cataracts, and diabetic retinopathy. - Provide post-operative care for patients undergoing eye surgeries. - Educate patients on proper eye care practices and preventive measures. - Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems. Qualifications: - Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution. - Valid state license to practice optometry. - Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to optometry. - Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care. _Sarnia is known for its breathtaking sky-blue water and beautiful waterfront, Sarnia is a border community with easy access to the United States, and we are only 3 hours away from Toronto.
