Il s'agit d'un poste permanent, sur site, à Vaudreuil-Dorion. Le salaire proposé varie en fonction de l'expérience (50 000 $ à 60 000 $). <br> <br>Vos missions seront :</p><p>I'm currently looking for an IT technician for one of our customers. This is a permanent position, on site, in Vaudreuil-Dorion. Salary varies according to experience ($50,000 to $60,000). <br> <br>Your duties will include : <br>* Ensure the reception, processing and follow-up of all level support requests. <br>* Maintain documentation of support tickets, system configurations and troubleshooting procedures. <br>* Provide support, installation, configuration and troubleshooting for computers, printers, telephony, peripherals and internal applications. <br>* Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Office 365 for all employees. <br>* Administer access and identities. <br>* Manage hardware inventory. <br>* Participate in various stages of IT implementation projects.</p><p>* College diploma (DEC) or vocational diploma (DEP) in computer science. <br>* 2 to 3 years' experience in a similar position. <br>* Knowledge of Windows environments. <br>* Proficiency in office automation tools and Office 365. <br>* Knowledge of IP telephony (asset). <br>* Knowledge of the cloud and SharePoint (asset). <br>The company offers a competitive salary, benefits (group insurance, retirement savings, sick day), flexible working conditions and 3 weeks' vacation. <br>You can contact me at <br>See all our job offers at www.fedit.ca</p>- LocationVaudreuil-Dorion, QC
