CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN - Drill Crew RFNOW Inc. is seeking applications from motivated individuals interested in helping lead our crews on our Construction and Maintenance Team. Our ConstructionForeman - Drill Crew will demonstrate hands-on leadership for our Drill crews on individual worksites across the region by role-modelling safe and efficient work processes, assigning tasks, providing training, and problem-solving. They will provide day-to-day coaching and guidance to our operators and labourers who are integral in the efficient preparation, construction, and installation of our fibreoptic infrastructure. General Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily activities on construction sites to ensure quality and efficient operations, plan to ensure required materials are onsite, manpower requirements, mechanical issues, or work scope changes.
