*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitation programs for patients with physical impairments or disabilities. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional patient care for the treatment of various orthopedic injuries for a varied clientele.
*Duties*
* Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
* Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function.
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients.
* Educate patients and their families about treatment options, exercises, and preventive measures.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.
* Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in physiotherapy practices.
*Requirements*
* Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
* Licensed and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
* Experience in acute and chronic orthopedic injuries management is an asset, however, new grads and PT Residents are welcome, mentorship is available.
* Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and education.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 ? 40 per week
