*Overview* We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Detailer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the design and drafting process, ensuring that all project specifications are met with precision and accuracy. This position requires proficiency in various design software and a strong understanding of engineering principles. _*Monte Metals Inc. is an industry leading supplier of quality aluminum ,stainless , carbon steel metal products, leading the market in sign structures and railings since 1980.*_ _*As we continue to expand, we are looking to grow our team with an adaptable, detailed oriented, team player and creative person as a Miscellaneous Metals Detailer. Work to be done individually and as a team, under the supervision and guidance of the Project Manager.*_ _*Responsibilities:*_ · _*Review and interpret structural and architectural drawings from contractors to provide detailed shop drawings.*_ · _*Review IFC or IFC drawings to establish MMI details of product details , and create layouts *_ · _*Create RFI for changes or information to client . *_ · _*Submit drawings for review to outside engineers*_ · _*Organize and submit MMI drawings for approval to client *_ · _*Site visits to obtain measurements for fabrication *_ · _*Produce manufacturing drawings , cutting list ,packing , and etc*_ · _*Maintain and develop work schedule . *_ · _*Attended site meetings when required *_ · _*Help in stock counts *_ · _*Work alongside the MMI project mangers , estimator , production manager , and Purchaser*_ · _*Be able to use there own vehicle to attend sites . *_ _*Software requirements :*_ · _*Autocade *_ · _*Excel *_ · _*Word *_ · _*QuickBooks *_ _*Qualifications:*_ · _*Proficiency using AutoCAD (minimum of 5 years experience).*_ · _*Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word and Excel.*_ · _*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.*_ · _*Capable of handling multiple projects (drawings) at any given time.*_ · _*Deadline driven with an attention to detail.*_ · _*Knowledge and use of both metric and imperial unit systems.*_ · _*Should be able to work in office and shop environment as well as periodic field visits.*_ · _*Should be able to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings supplied by customers and/or project managers.*_ · _*Must be willing to be trained with current safety requires and abided by MMI safety program.*_ · _*Must have a valid drivers license and clean drivers abstract*_ · _*Skills:*_ · _*Creative and Innovative Thinking.*_ · _*Decision Making and Judgment.*_ · _*Planning and Organizing.*_ · _*Problem Solving.*_ Join us as we strive for excellence in our projects while fostering a creative and supportive work environment!
