Green and Clean Home Solutions is currently seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team as residential painters. If you're looking for a full-time job where you can grow past an entry level position and put your technical skills to display while developing a professional and business acumen this is the place for you! *Responsibilities:* * Completing home maintenance and improvement projects, focused on interior and exterior residential painting and staining. * Providing exceptional customer service to our high-profile clients and their networks. * Working closely with team members to ensure project efficiency and satisfaction. * Adhering to safety protocols when working with ladders and at heights. * Attention to Detail! (Read until the end) *Compensation:* * Team members will start at an hourly rate of $21/ project hour with higher automatic bonuses for increased efficiency during projects. After successful completion of three months hourly pay, team members will have the option to transfer to a salary and benefits program. * Mini Crew Leaders will start at an hourly rate of $24/ project hour with higher automatic bonuses for increased efficiency during projects. After successful completion of three months hourly pay, team leaders will have the option to transfer to a salary and benefits program, and potentially receive a company vehicle. * All teams will have accessibility to commission and bonus incentives for high level performance, customer service, referrals, marketing efforts etc. *Benefits:* * Work in a fast-paced, enjoyable environment alongside enthusiastic and entrepreneurial minded staff. * Gain valuable experience in sales and interpersonal skills. * Develop customer service and communication skills. * Opportunities for advancement and growth ? we prioritize building our long-term team (We mean this, all our management are promoted internally!). *Requirements:* * Two Years of professional painting experience is required. * Safety certificates such as WHMIS and Working at Heights are recommended, however not required. * Experience working with Benjamin Moore paint products. * Comfortable working with extension/combo ladders and heights. * Ability to carry/move ladders, and other heavy equipment. * Strong customer service skills. * Enthusiastic, hardworking, and detail-oriented. * Team-oriented and growth mindset. * Full-time vehicle *(REQUIRED FOR CREW LEADER) (HIGHLY RECCOMENDED FOR CREW MEMBER)* This position requires a higher level of responsibility and develops and builds on leadership ability and skills.
