As part of our team, you?ll play a key role in managing inventory, preparing shipments, and supporting our in-store operations?all while delivering exceptional customer service alongside other dedicated team members. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and ship orders processed from the sales team * Receive and process inventory for the retail store, both physically and electronically into our POS system * Organize inventory and maintain order in the warehouse * Prepare machine pallets and large orders for shipment * Assist with store restocking and maintaining warehouse cleanliness * Unload shipments and manage shipping and receiving of products * Stock products in the retail store and update records accurately * Verify shipments against packing lists for accuracy * Coordinate shipment pickups with various vendors * Deliver products to courier depots and customers as needed * Process online orders through Shopify * Provide sales support when needed Required Skills & Strengths: * *Organized Self-Starter*: You?re highly organized and take initiative to ensure everything is in its place. * *Attention to Detail*: Precision matters to you in every task, from shipping to restocking. * *Excellent Communication Skills*: Confident, clear communicator who understands and meets customer needs. * *Team Player*: You work well with others and have a positive attitude. * *Physical Stamina*: Able to continuously lift heavy items safely. * *Computer Proficiency*: Comfortable with MS Office, Ship Station and Shopify. * *Woodworking Tool Skills*: Able to use tools to build or modify pallets.
