*Overview* We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be involved in various tasks that require physical strength and endurance, as well as basic mechanical knowledge. This role is essential for maintaining our operations efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall success of our projects. *Duties* * Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required for various projects. * Assist in gardening tasks, including planting, weeding, and maintaining garden beds. * Operate irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and landscapes. * Utilize hand tools effectively for a variety of tasks, ensuring safety and efficiency. * Apply basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to project specifications. * Collaborate with team members to complete tasks in a timely manner while adhering to safety protocols. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored after use. *Requirements* * Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the workday. * Experience or knowledge in gardening practices is preferred but not mandatory. * Basic mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment maintenance and repairs. * Proficiency in using hand tools safely and effectively. * Strong basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations. * Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. * A positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work well within a team environment. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are looking to contribute positively to our projects while developing their skills in a supportive environment.
