We are looking for a motivated individual eager to expand their skills and contribute to our mission. *Job Description:* * Assess clients' physical mobility using functional ability tests and our fully equipped treatment rooms. * Set treatment goals in partnership with patients based on clinical evaluations. * Implement physiotherapy programs, including: * Therapeutic exercises * Manual therapy * Utilization of equipment such as traction tables, therapeutic ultrasound, shockwave machines, and electrotherapy machines. * Evaluate and adapt treatment plans based on their effectiveness. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals regarding patient conditions, needs, and progress. * Communicate with ICBC, WSBC, insurance companies, and team members, including writing initial and discharge reports as needed. * Document and track patient progress using our electronic charting software. *What We Offer:* * Full administrative support with dedicated receptionists and office assistants. * Comprehensive marketing support, including web, social media, and YouTube. * Optional in-house referral group to boost your practice. * Opportunities for professional growth and mentorship from clinic directors and senior practitioners. * A friendly and diverse work atmosphere. *Compensation and Benefits:* * Competitive salary or fee split. * Work visa sponsorship (LMIA or BCPNP). * Free on-site parking for staff and patients. * Flexible schedules and shifts. * Extended health benefits, health account credits, disability insurance, dental care, life insurance, and vision care. * Discounts on various products. * Annual company events. * Paid vacation and sick days. * Wellness program. *Qualifications:* * Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Physiotherapy or a related field. * Valid license to practice as a Physiotherapist (CPTBC). * Preferred experience in a hospital or clinical setting. * Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. * Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care. *For more information, check out our Instagram, website, or YouTube!* Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $50,000.00-$130,000.00 per year Ability to commute/relocate: * Coquitlam, BC V3J 2R5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Licence/Certification: * CPTBC College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia (required) Work Location: In person- LocationCoquitlam, BC
