Overview: Reporting to the Sr. Director of Infrastructure, the Director of IT Infrastructure oversees technology infrastructure, systems, and end-user services. This role ensures scalability, security, and alignment with business goals. You will lead teams, manage budgets, and implement a multi-year IT strategy in support of a 5-year Technology Roadmap. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Lead the development of the infrastructure strategy, including storage, compute, and virtualization environments, ensuring scalability and alignment with business goals. Collaborate with business leaders and IT teams to assess current and future infrastructure needs and align them with the strategic objectives. Drive containerization strategy to support application scalability and system performance.
