*Job Summary* Are you passionate about cleanliness and providing excellent service? We?re looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our growing residential cleaning company! If you take pride in making homes sparkle and enjoy working in a supportive team environment, we want to hear from you! I am offering? *Comprehensive Paid Training*- I will show you how the pros do it! No experience required. *Positive Work Environment* - Negativity & drama are not welcome here. *Weekly Pay-* Starting at $22/Hr with the opportunity to make more starting after finishing your training period. *Advancement opportunities* - looking to grow people into lead trainers & general managers. *Responsibilities* * Perform general residential cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, etc.) * Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living spaces * Manage cleaning supplies and equipment * Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standard * Communicate effectively with clients and team members *Qualifications* * Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness * Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude * Ability to work independently or as part of a team * Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required?training provided! * Lift 20 lbs * stand, bend, kneel, push, pull and perform cleaning duties * Read, speak, and write English fluently * Valid driver's license * Have reliable transportation * Pass a criminal background check If you?re ready to be part of a dynamic, growing team and make a positive impact on people?s lives by helping them enjoy clean, comfortable homes, we?d love to meet you! Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 ? 40 per week Additional pay: * Bonus pay * Tips Benefits: * Flexible schedule Schedule: * 4 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday * On call * Weekends as needed Education: * Secondary School (preferred) Experience: * Cleaning: 1 year (preferred) Language: * English (preferred) Licence/Certification: * Driving Licence (preferred) Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2024-11-15- LocationKelowna, BC
