Job Overview: Seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to join our team. The shift we are hiring is from 7am to 3pm every Saturday and Sunday and every Monday from 3pm to 11pm. These are committed days and hours. All candidates applying must be over the age of 18 years. Must have good written and oral English is a must for this position. Good math skills are a must, good knowledge of computers and the Internet is a requirement. Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently - Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities and services - Manage reservations and ensure accurate data entry in the booking system - Assist with guest requests promptly and effectively - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Experience: - Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred - Strong customer service skills - Knowledge of front desk operations and phone systems - Ability to handle various guest services efficiently This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality environment, providing valuable experience in guest relations and front desk operations.
