Position Summary... This Health and Safety Specialist role is responsible for the planning, implementing, and monitoring of specific Workplace Health and Safety Programs and perform safety inspections and audits with the goal of identifying opportunities to identify and remediate risk and ensure compliance and continuous improvement. This position will be responsible for oversight of the day-to-day health and safety program requirements across a region and will be responsible for enhancing and supporting the safety culture in facilities while teaching, training, recognizing and inspiring associates. The main goal is to always ensure a safe working environment and work collaboratively with associates, leaders and safety teams to prevent injuries and accidents.What you'll do... 1.
