Zone: Western Zone Location: Western Memorial Regional Hospital Laboratory Technologist I Western Zone - Lab - Chemistry Permanent Full-time 95580POS Hours 70 (8 hours, Rotating, 12 hours; Days, Evenings, Nights, Weekends) 0800-1600, 0900-1700, 1200-2400, 0700-1500, 1600-2400, 1000-1800, 0800-2000 and 2000-8000 Hours; rotation of evenings and weekends Salary LX27 (CAD31.53 - CAD39.41 per hour) Competition Number VAC0002931 Posted Date 2024-10-29 Closing Date Open until filled. Demands, duties, qualifications Qualifications: Successful completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Technology diploma program or a Medical Laboratory Science degree program is required. Certification with the Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science (CSMLS) as a General MLT is also required. Proof of current registration with the Newfoundland and Labrador Council of Health Professionals is required.The following Sign on Incentives may be applicable and can be combined:1.
