*Overview* We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled CAD Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer-aided design and be proficient in various CAD software applications. This role involves creating detailed schematics, drafting designs, and collaborating with engineers and architects to bring projects to life. If you have a passion for design and a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply. *Responsibilities* * Develop and prepare detailed drawings and schematics using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, and SolidWorks. * Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand design requirements and specifications. * Create 2D animations and visual representations of designs for presentations and project proposals. * Draft plans for construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. * Utilize NavisWorks for project visualization and coordination among different disciplines. * Review and revise designs based on feedback from team members or clients. * Maintain organized records of all drawings, revisions, and project documentation. * Assist in the build process by providing technical support and guidance. *Requirements* * Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, SolidWorks, and NavisWorks. * Strong understanding of drafting principles and schematic design. * Experience with 2D animation is a plus. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also managing individual tasks effectively. * Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills. * Strong communication skills to convey technical information clearly to team members and clients. * A degree or certification in CAD technology or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
