With a career at The Home Depot, you can be yourself and also be part of something bigger.<br> <br> The Home Depot Canada is looking for a Production Manager to lead the strategy, production and delivery of the print, digital and social flyer as well as promotional signage program.<br> As part of a highly collaborative team, the Production Manager will be responsible for leading the strategy & end-to-end execution of their channels, including acting as the liaison between internal teams and external partners. Reporting to the Director, Customer Insights and Brand Marketing, this successful candidate is a creative, organized and results-driven individual who can easily pivot between competing priorities and always hit a deadline.<br> Key Responsibilities: <br> Channel Management<br> Lead channel strategies including (but not limited to) roadmaps on process and experience improvements<br> Work with internal partners to execute ongoing test and learn programs related to channel functionality (e.g. tools / templates) / attributes (e.g. flyer length) / strategy (e.g. distribution patterns)<br> Support the organization on all business initiatives; looking for efficiencies that help drive a productive team culture; and ensuring excellent internal client service<br> Liaise with US counterparts to ensure effective integration, knowledge sharing and use of resources<br> <br> Project management<br> Manage production schedules for flyer and promotional signage, ensuring on-time delivery against strategic and creative direction<br> Lead the development process including creative, agency relationship and digital production with vendors<br> Collaborate with marketing and creative services to strategically plan, brief/engage agencies and approve content based on business objectives<br> Oversee the production process, printing & distribution for print flyer, handouts and signage<br> <br> Budget Management<br> Manage to set production budgets while looking for optimization opportunities<br> Manage invoicing and POs with partners<br> Work with internal partners to execute ongoing test and learn programs (e.g. paid vs. organic coverage; amount of signage printed/shipped)<br> <br> Team Collaboration & Leadership<br> Support, inspire, and motivate fellow colleagues, direct reports, and managers alike<br> Lead, coach and develop small direct team <br> Support and enable a culture of individual and team growth and development<br> <br> Competencies: <br> Strong project management and organizational skills; works well in ambiguity<br> Teamwork, strong customer service and an ability to build relationships across all levels<br> Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines<br> Skills: <br> Experience in marketing, advertising, production, project management, content creation<br> Strong creative communication skills, resourceful, organized and detail oriented<br> Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel<br> Experience with SAP, Job Assist (or other creative proofing software), and Jira<br> Experience working with data asset management systems (e.g. Aprimo)<br> <br> Direct Manager/Direct Reports: <br> Reports to Director, Customer Insights and Brand Marketing<br> A small team reports into this role<br> <br> Travel Requirements: <br> Occasional travel (e.g. for video and photo shoots)<br> <br> Physical Requirements: <br> Extended Sitting, Repetitive Tasks<br> Ability to participate in casting, wardrobe, and post-production reviews<br> Ability to be on-set with anticipated longer periods of standing as sometimes necessary<br> <br> Hybrid Work: <br> Location Flex<br> <br> Working Conditions: <br> Working in an office setting, computer work, camera on virtual meetings<br> Occasional on-site at commercial shoots or in-store<br> Must wear mandatory attire when required (ie.
