<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p><em>Personal Injury Lawyer (AB & Tort)</em><br />A busy personal injury law firm looking for an AB & Tort Lawyer with 5+ years of personal injury experience to join our team. The candidate selected will manage his or her own caseload with the help of a team that he or she will supervise.</p><p>A successful candidate will demonstrate a history of high performance and excellent judgement in the handling of personal injury claims, and will have vast experience with the LAT process, discoveries, motions, mediations, pre-trials, hearings and trials.
