Technical Support Representative This is an open role within our client?s Cybersecurity team in the insurance industry, focusing on Identity and Access Management (IAM) Access Provisioning. We seek an experienced and dedicated professional to support secure access management practices, ensuring confidentiality and integrity while collaborating with both internal and external teams. Manage the lifecycle of employees, contractors, third-party users, and brokers through onboarding, access changes, and off-boarding. ? Perform user administration across various systems and applications, including Active Directory, ISAM, LDAP, and other business-facing applications. ? Support IT audit requirements, fulfilling compliance needs for Internal/External Audits, collecting and reviewing evidence, and creating remediation plans where applicable. ? Ensure timely resolution of service requests, meeting SLA commitments. ? Contribute to IAM-related projects, following the full project lifecycle concerning Access Management and Broker Sanctioning. ? Develop and refine processes to align procedures with enterprise governance, risk, and compliance programs. ? Maintain operational processes and procedures in alignment with Security Policies and Audit-related controls. ? Identify opportunities for process improvements, including automation, to enhance efficiency and customer service quality. What you will need to succeed: ? Bachelor?s degree in computer science or equivalent academic certification. ? ITIL and ISC(2) certification would be advantageous. ? 1+ year of Identity and Access Management experience within a financial or insurance institution. ? Solid understanding of Identity Management principles, including Least Privilege, Segregation of Duties, Confidentiality, and Integrity. ? Hands-on experience with Access Management technologies, particularly SailPoint Identity Management tools, Active Directory, LDAP, IBM Security Access Manager, Privileged Access Management, and CyberArk. ? Strong oral and written communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical requirements to non-technical business partners. ? Exceptional time-management and self-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently to meet deadlines. ? Proactive, ownership-driven approach to work, with the ability to function well as part of a team of Provisioning Analysts, sharing knowledge and experience. Why Recruit Action?
