*Job Description*
SpeechAim offers an enriching work environment fostering collaboration between our passionate SLPs and CDAs. Together, we deliver top-notch speech and language assessment and therapy services, both virtually across Ontario and in the comfort of our clients? homes, daycares, and workplaces.
As an SLPA / CDA at SpeechAim, you will have the opportunity to connect with clients in their daily settings in Vaughan and the surrounding regions. This in-person connection allows for an organic skill generalization into their day-to-day lives.
The role requires immediately taking over an *existing caseloa*d, so prompt availability is an asset. You will be provided with a minimum of *15 clients *right from the start.

*Key Responsibilities*
* Offer intervention to children with various speech & language delays and disorders, such as receptive & expressive language, articulation, and phonology.
* Operate under the direct supervision of a speech-language pathologist.
* Maintain accurate records in line with the standards set by the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO).
* Engage in caregiver education and offer practice materials for home settings.
*Requirements*
* Graduate certificate in Communicative Disorders Assistant.
* Active membership with the Communicative Disorders Assistant Association of Canada (CDAAC).
* Experience working with the autistic population is an asset
* Must be self-motivated, organized, and possess strong communication skills.
* Multi-lingual proficiency is an added advantage.
* Must carry professional liability insurance.
* Reliable access to a vehicle and a valid driver?s license.
