*About us* VDM Trucking is Hiring class one drivers to be based out of our Edmonton or Grande Prairie office , Alberta office. *\*Must have a Negative Drug and Alcohol test upon hire. * We pay very competitively and have great benefits starting after three months. We are hiring for full time, permanent drivers. _\*VDM is not part of the foreign worker program. Applicants must be legally able to work in Canada, and present to do a road evaluation to be considered._ The following positions are available: *Class 1 Oilfield Drivers (Off road, , flat deck experience, CSO, H2S Alive and Standard First Aid are required)* *Class 1 Winch Truck Drivers (Off road, CSO, H2S and Standard First Aid are required)* *Class 1 Canada/USA/Short & Long-Haul Drivers (For the USA positions, Drivers must be able to go into the USA (have a valid Passport and Criminal Record check) Limited Positions* _*\* Continuous Flat Deck Experience Required \**_ _*Requirements:*_ * Must be comfortable being in the truck for a few days at a time. * Operate 18 speed trucks (Manual transmissions). * Operate Automatic transmissions * Minimum of 2-years Flat Deck Experience. * Due to servicing Oilfield sites, must be clean shaved and have your tickets. * Being able to work at least 1 weekend day. * Mountain driving considered an asset. * Must pass Drug and Alcohol testing. _*Why choose VDM?*_ * Competitive wages, paid by the hour for Oilfield work. * Benefits after a 90-day probation. * Overtime opportunities after 50-hour?s a week. * Safety bonuses. * Trucks are equipped with E-Logs. * Paid every 2 weeks.
