Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an RECE, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. Responsibilities: - Create and implement age-appropriate program plans and activities - Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment - Provide individualized attention and support to each child - Develop and maintain open lines of communication with parents and caregivers - Assess and monitor the progress of each child - Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure a well-rounded educational experience - Utilize technology for instructional purposes and record keeping - Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and observations Experience: - Previous experience working with children in an educational setting - Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices - Familiarity with special education techniques is a plus - Bilingual skills are highly desirable Skills: - Strong organizational skills to effectively manage classroom activities and materials - Leadership abilities to guide and inspire young learners - Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues - Ability to educate and engage children through creative teaching methods - Proficient in computer operation for instructional purposes We offer competitive compensation based on qualifications and experience.
