Job details
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented individual with excellent communication skills to join our team as a receptionist.
* Answering multi-phone lines with high call volume, and directing phone calls to relevant staff.
* Make outbound cold calling & booking appointments.
* Receive, respond to and forward incoming calls and correspondence via e-mail.
* Greeting and directing customers.
* Excellent customer service skills, multitasking capability, and organization.
* Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software.
* Fluent English.
About You
* Zoho CRM - an asset.
* Proficient with MS Word, and Excel.
* A second language would be an asset.
* Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and self-motivating environment.
* Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communications skills.
* Attentive to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
