## Job Overview Join our team as a Tow Truck Driver where you will play a crucial role in assisting stranded motorists and transporting vehicles to designated locations. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will operate specialized trucks to provide roadside assistance and towing services. ## Responsibilities - Respond to service calls promptly and assist drivers in need of towing or roadside assistance - Safely load, transport, and unload vehicles using tow trucks - Ensure the secure fastening of vehicles for transportation - Perform basic mechanical assessments on vehicles being towed - Maintain accurate records of services provided and complete necessary paperwork - Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while operating the tow truck - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional manner ## Requirements - Prior experience in commercial driving is essential - Proficiency in forklift operation is advantageous - Strong customer service skills to interact effectively with clients - Mechanical knowledge for basic vehicle assessments - Ability to handle heavy equipment safely and efficiently If you are a dedicated individual with a passion for assisting others in challenging situations, we encourage you to apply for the Tow Truck Driver position.
