Responsibilities: - Lead Calls - Attend Broker / Expo Events to promote pre-con projects - Communicate with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences - Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties - Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices - Create and maintain listings of available properties - Coordinate property showings and open houses - Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements - Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the buying or selling process - Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and appraisers - Stay updated on real estate market trends and changes Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
