Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Tasks: Write, modify, integrate and test software code. Maintain existing computer programs by making modifications as required. Communicate technical problems, processes and solutions. Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software. Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements. Assist in the development of logical and physical specifications. Research and evaluate a variety of software products. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Windows. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Personal suitability: Accurate. Organized. Team player. Experience: Experience an asset. Support for newcomers and refugees: Offers mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees .
