*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. *Duties* * Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients. * Diagnose and treat dental conditions, including cavities, gum disease, and other oral health issues. * Perform a variety of dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, crowns, and root canals. * Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care to promote long-term health. * Maintain accurate patient records using dental software systems such as Dentrix and Epic. * Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient patient flow and quality care. * Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities. *Skills* * Proficiency in medical terminology relevant to dentistry. * Experience with dental software systems including Dentrix and Epic is preferred. * Familiarity with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) technology for restorative procedures is a plus. * Strong knowledge of pediatric dentistry practices and techniques. * Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and staff in a busy dental office environment. * Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
