Scope of Position: Under the supervision of the Supervisor, Nutritional Services and as a member of the multidisciplinary care team, to provide dietary services, to prepare and provide quality meal service as a pleasurable dining experience in response to the Residents' nutritional care needs. Position Description: Provide direction to dietary staff in the absence of the Supervisor In consultation with Supervisor, Nutritional Services reviews menus, cooking schedules, modified diet preparation, use of leftovers, etc. Estimates food needs and requisitions supplies, suggests menu or recipe changes, check stock and be aware of any shortages that might result in a change of menu Cook food according to the standard recipes and portion servings as per menu combinations as well as specific resident- LocationSimcoe, ON
