Call Center Representative (Billing) This role in the insurance industry begins with two weeks of on-site training before transitioning to a hybrid model. You'll provide excellent customer service, address billing inquiries, and work with brokers and underwriters to resolve issues. The position involves a rotating schedule within Contact Center hours. Shift assignments are based on tenure and business needs. What is in it for you: • Hourly salary of $19.15. • 5-month contract with the potential for permanent employment. • Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week. • All training will be provided on-site, lasting approximately two weeks. • Rotating work schedule, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 8 pm. • Opportunity to transition to a hybrid role, combining on-site and remote- LocationMarkham, ON
