We are a team of passionate and knowledgeable professionals with over 130+ years of collective experience. A steady stream of referrals from well-established sources for rapid caseload building. ? Average of at least 5 new assessments per week. ? Highly competitive fee split. ? 90% private caseload (10% ICBC, no WSBC) with no double bookings. ? One-to-one services with 45 min. assessments and minimum 30 min. subsequent appointments. ? Clean, large and private treatment rooms with an open gym space. ? Option for hourly (guaranteed income) for financial stability while building a caseload. ? Work with experienced clinicians with specialties in Hand Therapy, Vestibular Rehabilitation, and more. ? Team educational sessions. ? Paid stat, vacation and sick days. ? Health spending account. ? Education allowance. ? Electronic medical records with web-based charting, online booking and telehealth options (Janeapp). ? Full administrative support.
