Our work environment includes: ? staff meals ? tips ? music while working ? creative output ? learning and growth opportunities ? friendly and supportive work environment We are looking for an experienced, positive and passionate Chef de Partie to help support and guide our team. The ideal candidate for this position must have previous experience running a dinner line, multi-tasking bill calling, working pans, plating and delegating. Experience in preparing west coast contemporary cuisine with a knowledge of classic sauces, basic restaurant butchery, protein cookery, portion control, bread making, dessert making, fresh pasta making, strict food safety and allergen management practices, product ordering, menu item creation and input, balancing and prioritizing mise en place, personal stress management and team communication is required. If you have a high energy output, enjoy working in small kitchens, *and have the experience and skill to execute the expectations*, it is a very fun and rewarding position. Benefits: ?
