We are seeking a *Human Resources Coordinator* to join our dynamic HR team in Markham, ON or Longueuil, QC.
*Under the supervision of the Human Resources Director, your tasks and responsibilities will include*:
* Onboarding new employees (sending hiring documentation, administrative forms, etc.)
* Acting as the first point of contact for HR inquiries (benefits, pension, internal policies)
* Preparing and maintaining employee files
* Preparing HR reports / KPIs (analyzing and tracking key HR performance indicators)
* Managing non-work-related disability claims
* Preparing various administrative documents
* Other related tasks
*For this Human Resources Coordinator role in Markham or Longueuil, we are looking for the following qualifications*:
* Degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field
* At least 2 years of prior experience in an HR administrative role
* Fluent in both French and English, spoken and written (you will be working with employees across Canada)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,741.87-$62,592.12 per year
