*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicating fun loving line cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a strong understanding of kitchen operations, paired with a down to earth people-centric attitude. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness. *Duties* * Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards. * Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and storage areas. * Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines, including proper food handling techniques. * Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours. * Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols. *Experience* * Previous experience in food preparation or cooking within the food service industry is preferred. * Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling techniques is essential. * Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
