We are looking for a dedicated and hard-working *Head Custodian* to join our team! *Wage: $17.50 - $19.50 per hour* *Full Time ( 8 Hours Per Day ? Monday to Friday, some Weekends )* *Various Shifts* *\*Clear Criminal Record Check\** *\*Valid Manitoba Driver?s License\** *\*Clean Driver?s Abstract\** _*What We Offer:*_ · Health and dental option plan · Commission based referrals _*Responsibilities & Duties:*_ · Oversee the quality of janitorial work being done on each assigned site · Conduct safety and cleaning inspections monthly with follow up and corrective action plans · Communicate expectations with staff regarding company policies and cleaning services · Provide cleaning staff with the tools and knowledge to complete job · Handle any customer emergencies and complaints properly in a timely manner · Provide upper management with information and recommendations concerning worksites · Plan an efficient route based on worksite locations and other requirements · Drive in a safe and defensive manner at all times, avoid careless errors at all costs · Present yourself positively and professionally towards clients and employees _*Qualifications & Requirements:*_ · Must be legally entitled to work in Canada · Provide current valid driver?s license and drivers abstract · Provide a criminal record check · Working knowledge of city and rural areas · Strong organizational, communicational and leadership skills · High level attention to detail & willingness to learn · Previous experience in the commercial cleaning industry required Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $17.50-$19.50 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * Dental care * Disability insurance * Extended health care * Life insurance * On-site parking * RRSP match * Vision care Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Evening shift * Monday to Friday * Night shift * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person- LocationWinnipeg, MB
