Crescent Dental Group is looking to hire *a Part Time Registered Dental Assistant* for Crescent Heights Dental Clinic, in Calgary, AB. The clinic has been serving a large and loyal patient base in the Calgary community for several decades. *The Opportunity*
We are currently looking to hire a Registered Dental Assistant to join our well-established practice. The successful candidate will have a passion for building strong patient relationships and contributing to the ongoing oral health of their community.

*Schedule*
Wednesday - 9-4 pm
Saturday - 9-5 pm (2-3 Saturdays a month)
*Key Responsibilities*
* Assist the dentist during various procedures, including examinations, cleanings, and treatments.
* Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment before and after procedures.
* Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
* Maintain patient records accurately
* Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
* Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality patient care in a friendly environment.
*Qualifications*
- Certification or diploma from an accredited dental assistant program
- Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
- Experience with Tracker, or similar dental software is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
*Skills*
* Proficient in dental assisting techniques and procedures.
* Familiarity with dental software systems
* Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry.
* Experience in pediatrics or orthodontics is a plus.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
* Excellent communication skills to interact with patients of all ages.
* Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism.
