Education: College/CEGEP. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Urban area. Tasks: Estimate costs of installing equipment. Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties and delivery dates. Prepare sales or other contracts. Promote sales to existing clients. Assess client's needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services. Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of good or service. Prepare and administer sales contracts. Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support. Resolve product and service related problems. Troubleshoot problems related to equipment. Provide customer service. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Personal suitability: Client focus. Efficient interpersonal skills. Organized.
