<p>An international leader in digital transformation, Techso is a fast-growing company offering consulting services in three niches of expertise: technology infrastructure management (IT), specific application development (DEV) and product lifecycle management (PLM).</p><p>Founded in 2014, Techso has built a reputation for the quality of its projects delivered to prestigious customers across a range of sectors including automotive, aerospace, events, watchmaking, finance and many others.</p><p>Techso is looking to expand its IT team. You will be working as a DevOps Specialist to meet the needs of our Montreal-based customers.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Work with our customers to configure systems to the distinct needs of each project</li><li>Design and implement cloud architectures and infrastructure (AWX, Azure)</li><li>Deployment, monitoring and maintenance (MCO), administration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, etc.</li><li>Continuous improvement of our technical foundation (Git, Ansible, Terraform...)</li><li>Training design and delivery</li><li>Participate in on-call and sometimes off-call rotation (weekends and evenings)</li><li>Ensure that the solution is delivered to the quality, cost and deadline previously agreed with the customer</li></ul><p><strong></strong><strong></strong><strong></strong><strong>Required skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience</li><li>5 years+ of working experience in a similar position</li><li>Strong experience of a Linux environment (Ubuntu, RedHat, Debian)</li><li>Knowledge of a cloud environment and its components (Azure or AWS)</li><li>Experience using Open Source applications</li><li>Experience with DevOps tools (Ansible, Terraform?)</li><li>Experience with virtualization/containerization tools (Docker and/or Kubernetes)</li><li>Knowledge of Agile methodology</li><li>Knowledge of Python and/or Bash</li><li>Good relationship, love of Ops and teamwork!</li><li>Good communication skills in French and English, both written and spoken, as some of your customers will be French or English-speaking</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>A flexible, hybrid working policy (key word is adaptation to our clients)</li><li>A beautiful workspace located in the heart of Old Montreal with a terrace</li><li>Breakfast, coffee, snacks and beers offered at the office</li><li>An active social club with several activities budgeted by Techso (camping, cottage, cruise, Christmas party, etc.).</li><li>The opportunity to travel - a lump sum for mobile consultants</li><li>The opportunity to get involved in exciting in-house projects</li><li>A team of experts to share their expertise with you</li><li>Private group insurance</li></ul>- LocationMontréal, QC
