Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Professionalism in customer service. Load and unload goods. Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment. Pay and receive payments for goods. Perform preventive maintenance. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Air Brake (Z) Endorsement. Driver's License (Class 1 or A). Documentation knowledge: Accident or incident reports. Bill of lading. Driver logbook. Inspection report (pre-trip, en-route, post-trip). Trip reports. Type of trucking and equipment: Flatbed. Tractor-trailer. Communication systems experience: Citizens band (CB) radio. Security and safety: Driving record check (abstract). Drug test. Medical exam. Transportation/travel information: Own transportation. Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Weight handling: More than 45 kg (100 lbs). Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
