Transbec has 16 warehouses across Canada. *What would you do?* * Manage a team of 2 employees. * Coordinate daily warehouse activities. * Manage customer orders, transfers to other warehouses and inventory. * Offer excellent customer service. * Execute physical warehouse work such as preparing orders, operating an order picker, loading and unloading containers, and other related tasks. * Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. * Implement safety procedures and protocols. *Qualifications* * Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Lead or other warehouse responsabilities. * Ability to work physically. * Computer skills. * Strong organizational and leadership skills. * Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. * Forklift certification is an asset. * Must be able to read/write English.
