Senior Architect Residential Mid-Rise Specialist Location: Kitchener, Hamilton, or Toronto (can work from any of these offices) Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect with specialized expertise in the residential sector, particularly in mid-rise developments (~6 stories). This role requires a seasoned architect with a deep understanding of mid-rise design, from concept through construction, and proven experience managing and leading multiple residential projects. The ideal candidate will be both technically skilled and client-focused, able to maintain excellent client relationships while steering projects to successful completion.
