*Job Summary* We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping customers find the right products. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience, driving sales, and maintaining the overall presentation of the store. *Responsibilities* * Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their shopping needs. * Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and processing returns. * Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and increase store sales. * Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and ensuring displays are tidy. * Handle customer inquiries via phone with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating strong phone etiquette. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment. * Assist in training new staff on customer service best practices and store policies. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Proficient in cash handling procedures and comfortable using POS systems. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer engagement. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances communication with diverse customers. * A friendly demeanor with a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
