Role: HR & Marketing SpecialistLocation: Saskatoon, SK (hybrid option available)Position: Approximately 30 hours per week flexible schedule Step into a role where your contributions directly impact both the internal culture and the companys public image. In this role you will find the perfect balance between HR and Marketing, every day your work will make a difference. Whether its through leading onboarding, elevating workplace culture, or creating marketing materials, you have the chance to help build the right team and create brand presence. As the HR & Marketing Specialist you are responsible for:- Organize, maintain and coordinate employee files and office records in their proper location.- Implement and support the leadership team with employee training and development, performance management processes including goal setting, regular feedback and performance reviews.- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.- Manage the companys social media presence, enhancing the brand awareness, boosting engagement and ensuring engaging content that reflects the companys brand and values. As the HR & Marketing Specialist, you will bring: - Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field considered an asset, however relevant work experience may be considered equivalent.- Minimum 2-3 years experience in Human Resources and/or Marketing.- Proficient in Canva or other design softwares.- LocationSaskatoon, SK
