Responsibilities
Tasks

Assemble documentary evidence in preparation for trial

Co-ordinate administrative services

Interview clients, witnesses and other related parties

Perform clerical duties, such as maintain filing systems

Write trial briefs

Research records, court files and other legal documents

Arrange pre-trial conferences and hearings

Represent clients internationally in consultation with foreign associates and attorneys

Collect and record administrative and service fees

Draft legal correspondence

Recommend legal action or discontinuation of service

Complete legal documentation

Analyze and interpret data

Research and retrieve archival materials

Research legal precedents and gather evidence

Draw up legal documents and prepare statements of legal opinion
