Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Outdoors. At heights. Confined spaces. Dangerous. Dusty. Work setting: Various locations. Tasks: Load, unload and transport construction materials. Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades. Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt. Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs. Level earth to fine grade specifications. Clean and pile salvaged materials. Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites. Equipment and machinery experience: Reciprocating saws. Grinding machine. Jackhammers. Air compressors. Nail guns. Drills. Construction specialization: Industrial, commercial and institutional. Residential. Transportation/travel information: Vehicle supplied by employer. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Physically demanding. Tight deadlines. Repetitive tasks. Handling heavy loads. Overtime required.
