Barnes Garage Co. is currently seeking a *Full-Time Digital Inventory Clerk* to join our Marketing team! You will control and maintain all inventory on the websites and on third-party sellers, as well as inventory in our internal inventory systems, in addition to other tasks. *Shifts:* Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM *What we offer: * * *MONEY MONEY MONEY* ? No faceless corporation here. *The job: * * Collect new motorcycle invoices from manufacturers, stock units into our internal inventory systems, and upload units to the websites and third-party sellers * Maintain inventory pricing, promotions, and photos on all websites and third-party sellers * Audit inventory on all platforms and resolve any issues immediately if possible, or report issues if necessary * Communicate with sales managers regarding inventory * Other duties as assigned by the manager/supervisor *The requirements: * * Must have a strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills * Previous experience with Dealervu, Lightspeed, or other inventory systems is an asset * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) * Some knowledge of motorcycle/motor vehicle brands and models is an asset * Strong communication skills * Must be fluent in English, both verbal and written * High School Diploma or equivalent * Basic aptitude with computers and ability to quickly learn new systems *Our hiring process: * * You find or are sent this job ad. * You read the ad. * It piques your interest. * You tell us you?re interested (apply, email, call, shout from the rooftops). * We call you for a quick chat, and you tell us all about how awesome you are. * You come in to meet the team and prove yourself worthy. * You?re hired! * You brag to all your friends and family about your sweet new life.
