The private seniors' residence Les Marronniers, located in Lévis, is looking for a person to fill the position of assistant health services manager. The assistant health services manager contributes to the planning and monitoring of activities related to the care and well-being of residents. He/she ensures compliance with the standards of the profession as well as the regulations for the certification of private seniors' residences relating to his/her sector.</p><br><div>POSITION DESCRIPTION:</div><p>Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. <BR><BR>The position includes telephone guards during the week and weekends, alternating with another person. (Telephone guard 7 days a week)<BR><BR>Salary: to be discussed</p><br><div>ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:</div><ul><li>Collaborate in the process of hiring, integrating and evaluating new staff</li><li>Ensure monitoring of the clinical file as well as prescriptions at the request of the doctor or pharmacist</li><li>Ensure that the care services provided to our residents meet the qualitative and professional standards recognized in RPAs</li><li>Ensure the maintenance of resident files via the SYMO platform and compliance with the work plans of the care teams</li><li>In the absence of the health services manager, take charge of communication and ensure that the bond of trust is maintained with residents, their families and loved ones.</li><li>Participate in professional training and development programs to stay up to date on the various advances in the field of RPA</li><li>Participate in the assessment of care service needs, conduct audits and validate the relevance and accuracy of services provided based on residents? needs</li><li>Plan human resources and ensure timely replacement of care staff as needed</li><li>Providing health and wellness care for the purpose of maintaining health, restoring health and preventing disease</li><li>Refer to computerized care methods so that best practices are adopted</li><li>Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to care for our residents</li></ul><div>EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:</div><ul><li>Collect degree in nursing (DEC) or a proffesional studies dimploma (DEP) in health care assistance, nursing</li><li>Member of the OIIAQ</li><li>At lease 3 to 5 years of experience in nursing</li><li>Up to date CPR / AED training certificates</li><li>Ease in the use of computer tools</li><li>Experience in personnel management (an asset)</li></ul><div>BENEFITS:</div><ul><li>Salary to be discussed</li><li>Telemedicine</li><li>Employee Assistance Program</li><li>Vacation</li><li>Stimulating challenges, up to your ambitions!</li><li>Consistent schedule</li><li>On-site parking</li><li>A welcoming and tight-knit team!</li></ul><div>JOB STATUS:</div><div>Permanent: Full Time</div><div>JOB SCHEDULE:</div><div>Day time</div>- LocationLévis, QC
