<p>We are looking for a Construction Sales Representative for the Montreal region.</p><p>The person in charge must demonstrate excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation. This person will be in direct contact with customers and will have to demonstrate confidence when interacting with different customers.</p><p><strong>The incumbent will have the following responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Advise customers (contractors, entrepreneurs) on products and provide personalized technical support;</li><li>Process quote requests received daily;</li><li>Enter and process orders in the system and follow up with suppliers;</li><li>Respond to customer requests about deliveries and transportation of their orders;</li><li>Receive calls efficiently, quickly and professionally;</li><li>Ensure excellent after-sales service;</li><li>Other related tasks.</li></ul><p><strong>The sales representative will have to demonstrate the following qualities and skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Sense of customer service customer service and problem solving skills;</li><li>Positive attitude and active listening;</li><li>Comfortable with teamwork;</li><li>Comfortable with computers and internet research;</li><li>Sales, negotiation, presentation of service offers and quotes skills;</li><li>Good analytical, organizational and planning skills;</li><li>Spoken and written languages: French (required) English (asset);</li><li>Experience in plumbing (asset);</li><li>Hold a civil engineering degree (asset).</li></ul><p><strong>Work schedule</strong></p><p>Monday to Friday.</p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Group insurance including: health, dental, travel, life, disability;</li><li>Group RRSP with employer participation;</li><li>Health and wellness program;</li><li>Employee assistance program.</li></ul>- LocationMontréal, QC
